U.S. Virgin Islands § 1691 — U.S. Virgin Islands law

(a) If any sales representative is convicted by a court of a violation of this chapter, the registration of such individual shall be deemed to be immediately revoked.\n(b) If after an investigation, or upon other evidence, the Commissioner has reason to believe that there may exist any one or more grounds, as such grounds are specified in sections 1689 and 1690 of this title, the Commissioner may suspend, revoke or refuse to renew or continue the registration of any sales representative.\n(c) Whenever it appears that any licensed insurance agent has violated the provisions of this chapter, the Commissioner may take such action as is authorized by this code for a violation of the code by an agent.
