(a) The Police Commissioner shall act as the Commanding Officer of the Police Auxiliary and shall coordinate, supervise and direct the Police Auxiliary, subject to the approval of the Governor.\n(b) The Governor shall act as the Chief Executive Officer of the Police Auxiliary.
