Members of the Police Auxiliary shall cooperate with the police force at all times and shall perform such other duties as may be prescribed by the Governor. When on duty or during times of emergency declared by the Governor, members of the Police Auxiliary shall have peace officer status as authorized in Title 5, chapter 305, Virgin Islands Code.
