There is hereby established within the U.S. Virgin Islands Police Department (V.I.P.D.), Junior and Senior Police Cadet Corps Training Programs for the purpose of training young men and women in police work and to serve as a source of manpower for recruitment into the Police Force of the Virgin Islands.
