(a) The National Guard of the Virgin Islands shall be organized, armed and equipped with the same type of uniform, arms and equipment prescribed for the Armed Forces of the United States of America.\n(b) The training and discipline of the National Guard of the Virgin Islands shall be in accordance with the system prescribed for the Armed Forces of the United States of America.
