Every animal-drawn vehicle in use from one-half hour after sunset to one-half hour before sunrise shall display a white light on the right front side.\nIn addition to such light, every animal-drawn vehicle shall have two reflectors not less than three inches in diameter, a green one in front and a red one in the rear, attached to the right side of the vehicle and placed as high as the structure of the vehicle will permit.
