In cases involving violations of provisions of this subchapter, the complaint and summons shall be in the form known as the 'Uniform Traffic Ticket'. Except as otherwise provided by rule of the Superior Court, violators may waive trial and plead guilty by mail or by appearing at the Superior Court. Violations of this subchapter shall otherwise be processed and tried as provided by the Superior Court for traffic cases.
