(a) The Director of Fire Services shall have absolute control and command at all fires and fire alarms.\n(b) Whoever violates any legitimate orders of the Director of Fire Services, or his representative, at the scene of a fire shall be fined not more than $50 or imprisoned not more than 30 days, or both.
