(a) The Police Commissioner or any representative in command, may prescribe limits in the vicinity of any fire within which no person, excepting those who reside therein, firemen and policemen, and members of the medical service on duty, and those admitted by order of the fire service, shall be entitled to enter. It shall be the duty of the police force to enforce such orders.\n(b) Whoever violates any orders given pursuant to subsection (a) shall be fined not more than $200, or imprisoned not more than 1 year, or both.
