The Fund Administrator shall be appointed by the Board of Directors. He shall be responsible for the administrator of the Government Insurance Fund and shall:\n(1) protect the solvency of the fund by doing actuarial studies; determine premium rates in keeping with costs of administration and payment of claims under this chapter;\n(2) pay claims upon orders issued by the WCA;\n(3) plan and improve by electronic means, the speedy payment of claims as provided under this chapter;\n(4) maintain accounts of income, expenditures and balances;\n(5) report regularly (quarterly, semi-annually or annually) to the Board of Directors upon demand by the board;\n(6) manage a staff of employees of the Fund in both districts;\n(7) prepare budgets of the Government Insurance Fund;\n(8) certify documents;\n(9) perform such other duties related to the management of the Government Insurance Fund as provided by this chapter.
