(a) The WCA shall establish an Employee Assistance Unit (EAU), one of whom shall speak fluent Spanish, to assist injured or disabled employees, persons claiming death benefits, employer, and other persons in protecting their rights and obtaining information available under the WCA law.\n(b) Each employer shall notify his or her employees of the EAU in a manner prescribed by the administrator of the Workers' Compensation Administration. The notice shall in (one or more) conspicuous be posted places in the work first report of accident form required by this chapter. The EAU shall provide each employee with a lost-item accident claim written notice of workers' compensation assistance that is available. The notice shall include a telephone number for employees to reach WCA Offices.
