U.S. Virgin Islands § 476 — U.S. Virgin Islands law

(a) Any employer who willfully violates any provision of this chapter or any rule or regulation issued under this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor and is subject to a fine of not less than $100 and not more than $3000 for every affected employee.\n(b) Any employer who has been adjudged as having violated any provision of this chapter is liable to each affected employee in an amount equal to the value of all the employee's, benefits, and other compensation for the three months preceding the closure, partial closure or relocation of the covered facility.
