(a) No individual may be enrolled in the Youth Transitional Employment Program for more than three years.\n(b) Enrollment in the Youth Transitional Employment Program shall not relieve any individual of obligations under the Military Selective Service Act (50 U.S.C. App. 451 et seq.).
