The Administration may request, accept and utilize for the purposes of this chapter funds and assistance from any Federal department or agency or private source. The Administration, with the approval of the Governor, is authorized to sponsor projects originated under Federal law, to act as constituent or delegating agency and to supervise the use of said funds in accordance with this chapter and Federal law.
