Moneys covered into the Employment Service Administration Fund pursuant to the provisions of section 154 of this title shall be secured by the depository bank by collateral in the full amount of the funds on deposit as required by the Virgin Islands law and in compliance with the Bureau of Employment Security fiscal standards.
