U.S. Virgin Islands § 157 — U.S. Virgin Islands law

Moneys placed in the Employment Service Administration Fund of the Virgin Islands Employment Security Agency shall not be commingled with other funds of the Virgin Islands but shall be maintained in a separate account on the books of the Department of Finance. All moneys granted, accruing to or received by said fund are hereby appropriated for the purposes mentioned in this chapter, and shall be paid out by the Commissioner of Finance of the Virgin Islands only upon vouchers prepared and approved and certified to by the Director of the Virgin Islands Employment Security Agency or his duly authorized agent for such purposes and in the amounts found necessary by the United States Secretary of Labor for the proper and efficient administration of the Virgin Islands Employment Service.
