(a) The Board must be fully supported by the revenues generated from its activities, including fees, charges and reimbursed costs. All such revenues, with the exception of fines and initial application fees, shall be deposited in the General Fund. All fines levied by the Board and application fees shall be deposited into the Virgin Islands Board of Medical Examiner's account.\n(b) The Board may set fees and charges pursuant to its proposed budget needs. Reasonable notice must be provided for all increases or decreases in fees and charges.\n(c) The Board shall operate on the same fiscal year as the Government of the Virgin Islands.
