(a) The Board must be fully supported by the revenues generated from its activities, including fees, fines and reimbursed costs.\n(b) There is established within the Treasury of the Virgin Islands, the Virgin Islands Board of Dental Examiner’s Fund into which all revenues collected by the Board must be deposited and from which expenses of the Board may be funded.\n(c) The Board may establish by regulations reasonable administrative fees and charges. The Board shall provide reasonable notice for all increases or decreases in fees and charges.\n(d) The Board shall operate on the same fiscal year as the Government of the Virgin Islands under 2 V.I.C. § 30.
