A license for the operation of a pharmacy shall be valid until the 31st day of December following issuance and, except as otherwise provided for herein, shall carry the same rights and responsibilities as licenses issued under chapter 9 of this title. The fee for a pharmacy license, payable annually, shall be $100.00.
