Fees for examination and license certificates shall be as follows:\nExamination\nLicense\nCertificate\nOptometrists____\n$50.00\n$5.00\nAll fees shall be paid in accordance with regulations issued by the Board or incorporated in its bylaws. Any person, upon showing of proper justification, or who fails to pass the required examination, shall be admitted to one re-examination without payment of further fee, provided that the fee paid in advance for the proper examination shall not be returned to the applicant.
