(a) A person, including, but not limited to, a licensee, corporation, insurance company, health care organization or health care facility and Territorial governmental agencies, shall report to the Board any conviction or determination by an agency or court that a licensee has committed an act that constitutes a violation of section 165k(c) of this subchapter.\n(b) The Board shall not disclose the identity of a person who provides information unless such information is essential to proceedings conducted pursuant to section 165k(d) of this subchapter, or unless required by a court of law.
