(a) The Board shall hold regular podiatry examinations twice a year in the Virgin Islands pursuant to rules and regulations promulgated by the Board. The examination shall cover all subjects as the Board prescribes, which, in accordance with accepted standards are adequate and sufficient for proper evaluation of an applicant's qualifications to practice podiatric medicine.\n(b) Candidates for admission to practice shall be required to attain an average of 75 percent on each subject examined.
