Examination\nLicense Certificate\n$100.00\n$100.00\nAll fees shall be paid in accordance with regulations issued by the Board as incorporated in its bylaws. Any person upon showing proper justification for being unable to attend the examination or who fails to pass the required examination shall be admitted to reexamination with the payment of a fee of $100; provided that the fee paid in advance for the prior examination shall not be returned to the applicant.
