The following shall be misdemeanors punishable by a fine of not less than $500 nor more than $1,000:\n(a) Obtaining or attempting to obtain a license, certificate, or renewal thereof by bribery or fraudulent representation.\n(b) Knowingly making a false statement in connection with any application under this chapter.\n(c) Knowingly making a false statement on any form promulgated by the Board in accordance with this chapter or the rules and regulations promulgated under this chapter.
