The Board may refuse to renew, may suspend, or revoke any license issued under this chapter on proof after a hearing that the person:\n(a) is guilty of conduct defined as a misdemeanor in this chapter; or\n(b) has been convicted of a misdemeanor under this chapter; or\n(c) has been convicted in this territory or any state or other territory of any crime that is a felony in this territory; or\n(d) has been convicted of a felony in a federal court; or\n(e) is unable to perform the functions of his license by reason of:\n(1) mental illness,\n(2) extended physical illness, or\n(3) habitual intoxication or addiction to alcohol or controlled substances; or\n(f) has been grossly negligent in the practice of social work; or\n(g) has knowingly violated one or more of the rules and regulations of the Board.
