U.S. Virgin Islands § 182 — U.S. Virgin Islands law

(a) A person desiring a license to practice veterinary medicine in the Virgin Islands must make written application to the Board.\n(b) By way of application, an applicant must establish that he is a graduate of an AVMA-accredited or approved college of veterinary medicine or the holder of an equivalent certificate as defined in the regulations governing the practice of veterinary medicine in the Virgin Islands; a person of good moral character; and provided other information and proof as may be provided for by regulations.\n(c) The application must be accompanied by a fee established and published by the Board.\n(d) If necessary, the applicant must submit with the application proof of professional veterinary malpractice insurance.
