(a) The Board may appoint a committee of three Board members to hear any disputed matter that requires a hearing and make recommendations to the Board for its disposition. At least one member of the committee must be licensed in the area of professional counseling which is involved in the dispute.\n(b) The Board may adopt the committee’s decision after reviewing it.
