(a) If a prime contractor or owner has secured a payment bond under section 259 of this title a notice of surety bond shall be recorded.\n(b) The notice shall be signed by the contractor or owner and by the surety company and shall state:\n(1) the real estate being improved with a description thereof sufficient for identification;\n(2) the name and address of the owner and of the prime contractor;\n(3) the name and address of the surety company and the name of a person on whom service of process may be made; and\n(4) a statement that the bond meets the requirements of section 259 of this title; and\n(5) the amount of the payment bond.
