(a) The notice of a surety bond recorded as provided in section 260 of this title shall state:\n(1) the real estate being improved with a description thereof sufficient for identification;\n(2) the name and address of the person in whose behalf the bond was procured;\n(3) the amount of the bond, the name of the surety company, an address at which claims may be presented to it, the name and address of a person on whom service of process may be made and that it is authorized to do business in this Territory;\n(4) the name of the claimants, for which the surety bond was procured, the amount of their claims, and the applicable recording office document location references.
