U.S. Virgin Islands § 1108 — U.S. Virgin Islands law

(a) For the purpose of further aiding the Authority in accomplishing its purpose and goals, any department or agency of the Virgin Islands or any political subdivision thereof may, at the request of the Authority and upon such terms, with or without consideration, as the Governor or political subdivision shall determine —\n(1) dedicate, sell, convey, or lease any of its interest in any property or grant easements, licenses or any rights or privileges therein to the Authority;\n(2) cause services of the character which it is otherwise empowered to render to be furnished to the Authority.\n(b) Any sale, conveyance, lease or agreement provided for in this section may be made without appraisal, public notices, advertisement or public biding, notwithstanding any other laws to the contrary.
