(a) The following non-refundable fees shall apply to the subdivision of land:\nOther than a Planned Unit Development\nInitial application fee\n$10 plus\nFor subdivision of 5 acres but less than 20 acres\n150\n20 acres but less than 50 acres\n250\n50 acres but less than 75 acres\n400\n75 acres but less than 100 acres\n500\n100 acres but less than 200 acres\n700\n200 acres but less than 500 acres\n1,000\n500 acres or more\n1,200\nPlanned Unit Development\nInitial application fee $ 200 plus two dollars ($2) for each acre in total area of the development.\n(b) At the time of the filing of each Final Plot the following fees shall be paid:\n(1) One dollar ($1) per dwelling unit or two dollars per residential lot, whichever is greater; or\n(2) Ten dollars ($10) per acre for business or commercial land use.
