The Commissioner shall educate the public, including all applicants for building permits, building contractors, developers and the general public, on the Visitable Housing Design and Incentive Program through the dissemination of written material, by information on its website and by such other methods as the Commissioner considers appropriate to explain the Visitability design standards and the advantages of participating in the incentive program.
