All fees transmitted to the Commissioner of Finance in accordance with section 506 of this chapter, and all fines imposed by the courts for violations of this chapter or regulations hereunder shall be covered by the Commissioner of Finance into the 'Road Fund' established by 33 V.I.C. § 3002.
