(a) Each territorial agency or department information technology audit shall include information about planned information technology objectives and expenditures for the next fiscal year in the level of detail and format specified by the Director and the Director of the Office of Management and Budget.\n(b) The audits in subsection (a) of this Section shall include the progress of each territorial agency and department toward making their services available on the Internet as provided by law.
