(a) The Bureau shall exercise general control over the administration of laws and the collection of fees relating to the licensing of motor vehicle operators and the registration and licensing of motor vehicles, as provided by law.\n(b) The Director of the Bureau of Motor Vehicles shall submit to the Director of the Virgin Islands Taxicab Commission all information that the Bureau obtains pertaining to the cancellation of any insurance coverage that a taxicab operator is required to maintain.\n(c) The Bureau's costs of operation shall be financed by the fees collected and deposited into the Fund pursuant to § 232.\n(d) The Bureau shall perform such other duties and exercise such other powers as provided by law.
