(a)\nPolice and Fingerprint Report\n$5.00\nDuplicate Police and Fingerprint Report\n5.00\nService of Summons (Liens)\n15.00\nDance and Special Permits\n40.00\nPolice and Burglary Report\n5.00\nPolice Record\n5.00\nDuplicate Police Record\n1.50\n(b) The Commissioner shall not require any person who is a victim of the crimes of assault, burglary, rape or robbery to pay a fee for the police report of the incident.
