Rental charged by the Department for low-income families who occupy dwelling units under the jurisdiction and control of the Department shall not exceed that percentage of low-income families' adjusted income, as such 'low-income families' and 'adjusted income' are defined in section 208 of the Federal Housing and Urban Development Act of 1970 (P.L. 91–609) and the rules, regulations and guidelines pursuant thereto.
