Any reference in this Code, unless the context clearly requires otherwise, to the Department of Housing and Community Renewal or to the Commissioner of Housing and Community Renewal shall be deemed to refer and apply to the Department of Housing, Parks and Recreation and to the Commissioner of Housing, Parks and Recreation, respectively.
