The Commission shall advocate for high standards and safety, and improved performance as part of a National Sports Policy. The Sports Policy must seek to ensure that:\n(a) Facilities of an acceptable standard are established to allow for the development of a range of sports disciplines;\n(b) A proper system of management is established for the management and maintenance of sporting facilities;\n(c) Government ensures the availability of recreational space at schools, communities and housing developments; and\n(d) A special package of incentives is provided to the private sector for the establishment of sporting infrastructure.
