(a) The Commission shall promote a supportive atmosphere that inspires and facilitates the emergence of elite performers. The Commission shall encourage greater recognition to sports personalities and administrators by Government, national sporting bodies and affiliates, the private sector and community organizations.\n(b) The Commission shall work towards national representatives and teams to have free access to all facilities to prepare for approved international competitions;\n(c) Special consideration must be given to outstanding national sports representatives to assist in securing employment and other benefits;\n(d) All departments, agencies and instrumentalities of the Government of the Virgin Islands shall cooperate with the Commission in implementing the Virgin Islands Sports Policy.
