(a) Each notary public shall keep an official impression seal bearing his name, date of expiration of commission, and judicial division.\n(b) The notary public must affix his impression seal to each document and either write, print or stamp his or her name in a legible fashion on the document.\n(c) A document is not properly notarized until both the seal has been impressed thereon and the name of the notary public has been affixed thereto.
