(a) Each notary public may charge and retain a fee not to exceed $5.00 for each document notarized or for each time his or her seal is affixed to a document.\n(b) A fee of $5.00 shall be collected by the office of the Lieutenant Governor for providing certificates of authenticity for documents to be sent out of the Territory or when such certificates are otherwise required.
