As used in this chapter the following terms are to be given the following meanings:\n(1) 'Agents' mean members of the Virgin Islands Bureau of Narcotics and Dangerous Drugs Control;\n(2) 'Bureau' means the Virgin Islands Bureau of Narcotics and Dangerous Drugs Control;\n(3) 'Director' means the Director of the Virgin Islands Bureau of Narcotics and Dangerous Drugs Control; and\n(4) 'Board' means the Administrative Board of the Virgin Islands Bureau of Narcotics and Dangerous Drugs Control.
