The V.I. Drug Enforcement Bureau heretofore existing within the Office of the Governor, is hereby renamed and continued within the executive branch of government as a semi-autonomous entity designated as the 'Virgin Islands Bureau of Narcotic and Dangerous Drugs Control' (VIBNDDC), to be under the exclusive jurisdiction, control, and direction of the Virgin Islands Bureau of Narcotics and Dangerous Drugs Control Board.
