(a) All former non-agent employees of the Virgin Islands Drug Enforcement Bureau who were transferred or assigned to other territorial law enforcement and government agencies and who currently are working in other territorial law enforcement and government agencies must, unless they otherwise express a contrary intent pursuant to section 1235 of this chapter, be reinstated into the Virgin Islands Bureau of Narcotics and Dangerous Drugs Control.\n(b) Bureau staff positions must be consistent and compliant with personnel classification, regulations, and provisions of this Act.
