U.S. Virgin Islands § 134 — U.S. Virgin Islands law

(a) The Governor may establish within the Department such divisions and bureaus as he deems necessary for the proper administration of the Department.\n(b) At the head of each division established under this section, there shall be a Director; and at the head of each bureau established under this section, there shall be a Chief of the bureau.\n(c) The heads of divisions and bureaus shall perform such functions as the Commissioner prescribes.
