No real or personal property of the Government of the Virgin Islands or any subdivision thereof as defined by Title 1, section 253, subsection (b), VIC, and specifically including the Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority, Virgin Islands Port Authority, Virgin Islands Housing Authority, Virgin Islands Waste Management Authority and the University of the Virgin Islands, shall be named for any person except upon approval of the Legislature by Act.
