(a) The Commissioner of the Virgin Islands Police Department shall establish a maintenance division within the Virgin Islands Police Department, in both districts, to repair, maintain and equip police vehicles.\n(b) The Commissioner shall hire all personnel, and establish rules, regulations, and procedures necessary to implement the provisions of subsection (a) of this section.
