Thirty days after the issuance of, or revisions to, any standards pursuant to the provisions of section 211 of this chapter, no department, office, commission, agency or other instrumentality of the Government of the Virgin Islands may construct, purchase, lease or otherwise acquire any building which does not comply with such standards.
