For the purposes of this chapter:\n(1) 'Commission' shall mean the Virgin Islands Lottery Commission established by this chapter.\n(2) 'Lottery' or 'Virgin Islands Lottery' shall mean the lottery established and operated pursuant to this chapter.\n(3) 'Director' shall mean the Director of the Virgin Islands Lottery.
